Purchases over NZ$50 qualify for free courier to a New Zealand address. All orders are sent via New Zealand Post’s courier service.
You will be alerted by email when your item has been shipped by our warehouse team. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to become available through the link that is emailed to you.
Generally, items will be delivered within three days of leaving our warehouse, depending on your location within New Zealand. (Not currently applicable due to COVID-19 disruptions.)
Please note, New Zealand Post will only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box.

We offer two types of shipping to Australia: International Airmail and International Courier.
International Airmail is a standard postal option that does not offer a tracking service. Airmail deliveries to Australia can be subject to delays – sometimes up to four weeks. We recommend you select the courier option if you require your items to be delivered promptly.
International Courier is our preferred shipping method. This is a tracked service that generally takes around three working days for delivery to Australia.

Asia / North America

Orders are sent to Asia and North America via International Courier. This is a tracked service via New Zealand Post, which delivers the parcel to a courier service in your country for local delivery.
Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to become available through the link that is emailed to you by our warehouse team.
LSB does not use an Airmail option for world-wide deliveries, due to previous experiences with slow and unreliable postal deliveries. We want you to receive your items as swiftly and reliably as possible.
Delivery times differ greatly from country to country – however generally New Zealand Post advises to allow around six working days for International Courier delivery. This can be subject to delays during busy postal periods, such as in the lead up to Christmas.
