We ship internationally from our LSB headquarters in Auckland, New Zealand.

We are pleased to offer courier delivery for all orders through our website.

You will be alerted by email when your item has been shipped by our warehouse team.


New Zealand orders

Purchases over NZ$50 qualify for free courier to a New Zealand address. All orders are sent via New Zealand Post.

Generally, items will be delivered within three days of leaving our warehouse, depending on your location within New Zealand.

Please note, New Zealand Post will only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box.


Australian orders

We offer two types of shipping to Australia: International Airmail and International Courier.

International Airmail is a standard postal option that does not offer any tracking service. Airmail deliveries to Australia can be subject to delays – sometimes up to four weeks. We recommend you select the courier option if you require your items to be delivered promptly.

International Courier is our preferred shipping method. This is a tracked service that generally takes around three days for delivery to Australia.

Please be aware that deliveries can be subject to delays during busy postal periods, such as in the lead up to Christmas. 


Other international orders

** Please note that during the 2020 COVID-19 response, some international courier and postal services have been experiencing extreme delays. Please check the tracking details for your shipment and contact our team if your order's delivery has been impacted. **

Outside of Australia and New Zealand, all orders are sent via International Courier. This is a tracked service. Items are couriered via New Zealand Post which delivers the parcel to a courier service in your country for local delivery.

Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking information to become available through the link that is emailed to you by our warehouse team.

LSB has decided to exclude International Airmail from the delivery options for world-wide deliveries, based on previous experiences with slow and unreliable postal deliveries. We want you to receive your items as swiftly and reliably as possible, which is why we offer a reduced rate for this courier service. 

Delivery times differ from country to country – generally New Zealand Post advises to allow six working days for International Courier delivery. This can be subject to delays during busy postal periods, such as in the lead up to Christmas.
